Today we printed tomburtonwood’s very descriptively-titled Buddha Seated in Meditation (Dhyanamudra), Chola period, c. 12th century, Art Institute of Chicago. Power-designer Tom Burtonwood (@tburtonwood on Twitter) is the Artist-in-Residence at the Art Institute of Chicago and he has been doing some really interesting work with scans, modular animal parts, 3D-printed books, and giant multicolor 3D prints.
