Our last two Catalan solids are the Triakis Tetrahedron (dual of the Truncated Tetrahedron and Kleetope of the tetrahedron) and the Tetrakis Hexahedron (dual of the Truncated Octahedron and Kleetope of the cube/hexahedron). And now that I have them here side-by-side, I finally get what “triakis” and “tetrakis” mean: the former means that triangular pyramids were added to obtain the object, and the latter means that square pyramids were used.
